We came here at the beginning of June and wow I don’t know if I have the words to truly explain how magical this place is.

Every single dish we tried tasted fresh, authentic, home made with quality ingredients.

Whenever we travel we always look for places that are as authentic as possible and after we found this place, we went back there every day for lunch and dinner because there is no better place in Flogita nor Nea Plagia.

They make a traditional fish soup at lunch times and the moussaka is absolutely delicious, so much flavour!! Some of the best cheese croquettes I’ve tried, perfectly grilled fish, and even the fried potatoes were amazing, as good as the ones my mother used to make at home which is hard to find!! They were always accommodating with different requests. Every day I was looking forward with excitement to their amazing home made desserts kindly offered at the end of the meal! This is how every restaurant should be like! True professionals.

It’s a family run restaurant and you can tell they all pour their heart and soul into this place. What started as a bit of a bumpy holiday for us, was quickly turned into an incredible experience thanks to everyone at Thalassinos who made us feel like part of the family. A Hidden Gem with Heart and Flavor We stumbled upon Thalassionos, a charming family-run restaurant, during our stay in Greece, and it instantly became one of the highlights of our trip. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed like old friends. The owners were incredibly warm and attentive, sharing stories, recommending dishes, and making us feel truly at home.

The food was absolutely delicious – authentic Greek flavors prepared with love and care. Every bite tasted homemade, from the fresh tzatziki and warm pita to the perfectly grilled souvlaki and melt-in-your-mouth moussaka. Even the dessert, a traditional baklava, was unforgettable.

Awful place. We've been there twice. We were very satisfied after our first time in a small company and invited our family to gather in this restaurant. At the second visit it felt like in a different place. Waiters were not pleasant as in the first time. At the end of a dinner we even briefly heard words of one waiter that "they are tired of bringing plates to our table". Common! This is a job of a waiter and way to earn money for the restaurant, if I am accidentally not mistaken! Are you ok?!

Do not go to this place if you do not want to ruin your day (or family meeting). The service is worse...
