Kochyli Garden Studios — Hotel in Municipality of Nea Propontida

Update - 3 years later (2025). New floor recently built - cozy loft apartments with self-catering. Nice terrace. A little bit noisy - rooms are not very well sound-insulated but this is not a major issue. Owners, Olga and Thanos are very friendly and helpful. After 3 years, I still recommend this place for couples or families.

Pretty new location located 3 mins away from the beach. You can enjoy their sunbeds and umbrellas without any special fee. The only request is to drink/ eat something. Prices are more than decent and the waiter is very into customer service. Thank you, Rafa, for beeing such a good host. Food on their taverna is pretty good and if you have accommodation on their locations, you have 10% discount - that's more than fair. However, even the location is new and clean, it has poor sound insulation on the rooms. For example, there was a kid screaming all day long, so we had no chances to rest properly. Of course, it was not the management's fault for this situation, but if you are looking for a quiet stay, you might consider it twice. Also, the sheets even that they were washed, they had some cosmetics spots. Overall, I would recommend this location...

Beautiful design and well organized space. They really make an effort for exterior and interior design, even the dishes are in turquoise color like the other details in the room. Kochyli Gardens is in a peaceful and quiet street a few meters from the beach and Kochyli Restaurant. The breakfast is great with sweets and fruits served in a beautiful restaurant garden with beach view. The guests have everything they need and if you need something else just ask. Monica and Tanos are great hosts, young people who really do their job with love. Also there is a great girl from Kochyli beach bar Kyriaki. Guests of Kochyli Garden and Beach studios have 15 % discount in the beach bar. Also you can try delicious meals in Kochyli Restaurant. In this pandemic times, one week at Kochyli Garden is perfect. Everything is very clean, rooms equipped with disinfectants, staff wear face masks.||The yard is big and U can play with the child. ||It's quiet, so we slept at night with terrace door open.||Owners are very nice and solve any need or problem immediately.||Staff are very friendly and helpful.||Breakfast, served at the owner's tavern, is varied and generous. ||Best bougatsa ever !!! :)||Thanks Olga and Thanos for a...
