Ionian Blue Appartement — Hotel in Municipality of Northern Corfu

As mother and daughter we booked our holiday here for 10 days. We got an apartment on the ground floor which was a division and spacious. We had 2 separate single beds, this was not indicated but we thought this was fine. They slept very well.

The apartments are all equipped with a (covered) outdoor area with a washing line and a seat. Curtains inside are well darkening, there is always hot water, apartments are well insulated and therefore little noise pollution, everything is actually there and is good.

The location is also great, nice and quiet no problems with the hotel next door. The beach is a 5-minute walk away (this is a stone beach at first but once in the sea it is sand). The first shops and restaurants are a bit further away (15 min). But at the bar of the accommodation it is also possible to order food both at lunchtime and in the evening. The breakfast every morning was very tasty, fresh bread and the option of an egg of your choice!

Very nice accommodation. We stayed there for 8 days. It's a quiet place. There's a lovely pool surrounded by sunbeds. You can swim until 9:00 PM. We had breakfast included. You can also have lunch and dinner. The three-room apartment was great. The location is fantastic. You're just a few minutes' walk from the beach. You could walk to the village (15 minutes), but we had a car. There are many souvenir shops, some supermarkets, and restaurants. It's a place where you'll need a car or scooter, but if you do, you can see a lot in the area. It's run by a family. They're very friendly; they ask what you're planning to do today and offer tips. Amazing place. Amazing people. Amazing food. Really recommend going here if you prefer privacy, small complex(10 rooms) and a quiet place to unwind from busy daily life. Rooms are nice and clean, food at the pool is really good an affordable (chef used to work in USA also, so portions are big). Their moussaka is really delicious and I would love to bathe in their homemade tzatziki. 💕Will go back here again!

P.S. I do recommend renting a car so you can see more of the island Corfu. Lovely bays and towns to visit. Especially with small children a car is kind of a must. Super market is 15-20 min walk, beach is down the road.. Maybe 5 minutes tops...
