TZAKI hotel and restaurant,Patras — Hotel in Municipality of Patras

I spent 10 pleasant days at the establishment. The rooms might look a little dated but the service and food more than make up for it. The place was clean and the staff was friendly and always there to answer any question or the help you with anything you need. Breakfast was good with a variety of choices. The beach is only a couple of feet away so right after breakfast you can jump into the ocean. I would spend the entire day with the family by the sea and eat all three meals at their establishment. The prices were fantastic and the quality of the food was great. I recommend their xoriatiki salade, their souvlaki, the gyro pita meal, pizza. We are coming to this hotel for about 3 to 4 years every September. Now, this year we're notice that the hotel need to upgrade their bathrooms, those bath tub are very dangerous for us, the people with medical problems. They should upgrade to walking showers. The hotel is in a beautiful area. They have to upgr, de especially the bathrooms and the carpet in the hallway has to go. The breakfast buffet was very boring and the eggs were very cold. Also, I notice spider web in the lights in the top of the buffet table. Beautiful area, and the building is amazing, but you guys need to upgrade as soon is possible. I stayed at Tzaki for 10 days Sep 2022. The hotel was clean with air conditioning and minimum power point which is not what the travelers want. I had dinner at their restaurant and the staff was very polite and friendly. For me it was very convenient that breakfast was included and the beach was 20 meters from the restaurant. There was a shower there but the shower head was missing. The sun beds were always available cause it was mid September and I enjoyed that no stress to be quick down to get a sun bed. The Staff at reception was very polite and professional the waiter of the morning prep was overwhelmed working by himself I found egg shells in the fried egg and when I mentioned that to him unfortunately he got very abrupt and rude with his voice tone.
