Villa Moly - Villa Unicorn — Hotel in Municipality of Rethymnon

Unfortunately we had a bad experience due to their incompetence. We booked on booking.com three days before arriving in August 2024. The dates we booked were deliberately changed by the host and they took the booking and the money. This meant I had no money to book a different villa that we needed for the dates we actually needed. I wrote to them but no response. Thankfully booking.com intervened but it took me a week to get my money back. Absolutely stunning villa! I do not really stay in the same place few times but Villa Moly is the place I would return to. It is a luxury villa, perfectly equipped and with amazing surroundings. The host was very helpful and he made us feel like at home. If all hosts were like Michael all my vacations would be just perfect! Others should learn from him how to treat customers. Well done!
