Axiotheaton Villas Pefkoi, Rhodes island, Greece — Hotel in Municipality of Rhodes

The new build villa offers 3 spacious and beautifully decorated bedrooms and 2 bathrooms making it ideal for a group holiday or for a larger family. It is ideally situated on the south part of rhodes enabling you to explore this beautiful part if the island and very close to Pefkos and Lindos for restaurants and bars, although nothing beats sipping a glass of wine overlooking the sea on your private balcony listening to the sounds of the water.||Villa Axiotheaton from my point of view, is a one of the best properties you can find in the island of Rhodes, for your accomodation. We stayed at the villa for three nights and we were able to enjoy an excellent private beach (sand, clean waters, sunbeds). The design and the decoration of the villa is top quality and I may say that villa Axiotheaton deserves 100% to be rated as luxury accommodation.||The owners are very kind, true example of Greek hospitality.||We stayed at the villa for relaxation, before my wedding and everyone who visit the villa (relatives, friends, the wedding photographer etc) was excited in how beautiful house we had rent.||I hope to be able to visit again Villa...

We stayed in the bigger villa which was absolutely beautiful. The design of the villa is extraordinary and the villa was cleaned to a very high standard indeed. Huge balconies, the private beach area is gorgeous step down off the rocks into the sea. This is all sand and quite shallow for a long way out. Perfect for children. The owners were great and on hand every evening to sort out any queries or questions. In terms of food shopping in the area go to Lardos butcher and near it cheapish supermarket with a good supply of fruit and veg. In pefkos lots of small supermarkets but don't sell fresh meat or fish. Note if you have small children pefkos beach is lovely and Lee bar great for drinks and snacks. Places to visit ,Lindos get there really early otherwise nightmare with tour groups. The butterfly valley and Rhodes old town. Car definitely required for duration of stay. Just got back yesterday from a 7 night stay in one of Savvas' villas pictured. We were so impressed by the comfort, style and cleanliness of the accommodation. It is a stone's throw from the sea with views from the South facing balcony to die for. The sea was clear, warm and reasonably accessible, by climbing down some rocks - easily done by our 5 year old. A more traditional sandy beach just up the road if you preferred. The location is just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Lardos or Pefkos, but close enough to walk to the fantastic Corelli restaurant, use of local swimming pool and convenience store (5min). Lindos and the Acropolis was just 20min drive away, again, so easily reached by car. Savvas was available daily to ensure everything was ok and to ask questions of, either in person or via email.
