I have just spent 12 nights at the Hotel Myrto in Kamares. And I will definitely stay there next time too! I got the friendliest of welcomes from the lovely owner, Margarita, upon my arrival! She spent time showing me to my room and explaining about the place to me. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she made some delicious homemade apple pie and left it in my room for me! The bathroom is also beautifully decorated and the shower is spacious - which can be unusual in Greece! Great facilities, including excellent air con, a TV, a luggage rack, wardrobe etc. Everything you could possibly need and plenty of outside common terrace areas to hang out and meet other people. A 5 minute walk down to the town and the beach. I couldn't fault this place and I will be returning there next time I stay in Kamares. ...
