Flamouria vacation house — Hotel in Municipality of Sithonia

Me and my extended family (6 adults + 1 child + 1 dog) had an amazing stay at Eleni’s dog friendly place, Flamouria, in Agios Nikolaos Sithonia for 7 nights in June 2024. From moment of booking there was a very clear and nice communication with the owner for preparation of our arrival. Eleni welcomed us with a nice smile and even let us check in earlier and check out later. The house is situated in the very nice village of Agios Nikolaos where on walking distance we have discovered some amazing taverns. The house is in a good shape, not new, but well maintained and comfortable, everything being perfect for our needs in this vacation. In terms of amenities Eleni had everything in the house, so really i can tell, you don’t need to bring anything (including umbrellas for the beach) ;). All beds were very comfortable, hot water instant availability, each room had mosquitos nets and AC, good internet, so all these details let me say that there is nothing to complain from our side. Outside there is a nice patio where you can take breakfast or dinner with the family, and also this can be possible in the garden. This village is not located on the shoreline, but be assured that every nice and important beach of Sithonia is at only 10 minutes driving. The closest one is at 5 minutes driving. From this position is very easy to visit both east and west part of the peninsula so I was truly satisfied with the placement and easy access to every important spot. As a conclusion, me and my family want to thank you Eleni for your hospitality and for having us as your guests. We had an amazing vacation, your house exceeded our expectations and rest assured when we will be back in Sithonia, this will be the place that we will choose once again. My only recommendation would be if possible to install mosquitos nets also at the main entrance and at the door access to the patio. All the best...

The house was perfectly clean, with full comfort and could satisfy all requirements and needs not only of a tourist but of a long term stays. It was a great pleasure staying in. Eleni was very welcoming and friendly. We had a great time and we would love to come again. The house is amazing and we are very satisfied.
