Our stay at Rizes House was truly wonderful, beyond expectations. The apartment we stayed in is extremely clean, spacious, very well equipped and comfortable, offering everything you need to feel at home. The courtyard is large, well-kept and full of greenery, a quiet and pleasant place where children can play safely while parents relax. The overall atmosphere conveys peace and balance, perfect for a family holiday. What truly makes the difference, however, is the owner. A remarkable person, friendly and attentive, always ready to help and respond to any need. It is clear that he puts heart and passion into this property, and that he wants every guest to feel welcome. We felt the authentic Greek hospitality at every step. And thank you so much for the fruits – sweet as honey, the most delicious ones we have ever tasted! The location is excellent: close to stunning beaches such as Trani Ammouda and Karidi, yet at the same time secluded, in a peaceful and authentic area. It is the ideal place to enjoy the beauty of Sithonia without the crowds of the bigger resorts. The only thing I can fault this place is that is it not walking distance from the beach. However, unless you are staying at resort for the entire duration of your stay, you will most likely drive to any worthwhile beaches. ||We, 2 couples, stayed in an apartment part at the first floor of their house with separate entrance. The apartment has a very spacious common room with fully stacked kitchen, dining table and sofa with coffee table and TV. The bedrooms are also very nice, very clean and fresh linens. One bedroom has separate toilet, otherwise there is one bathroom with shower and toilet, accessible via the common room. We also had a generous balcony with table and chairs (as well as drying rack) where we had our breakfast. While we only made omelettes, salad and coffee, the kitchen has everything you would need. ||The hosts were very nice and discrete and also let us stay past our check-out as they were not expecting anyone that day. ||On Covid, they just gave us the keys outside the house and then we kept...

We had a wonderful stay at Rizes House in Agios Nikolaos, Sithonia. The house is beautifully maintained, very clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable holiday. The location is perfect – close to the central square and just a short drive to some of the most stunning beaches in Sithonia.

The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, always available for anything we needed, and made us feel right at home. We especially appreciated the peaceful surroundings and the authentic, local atmosphere of Agios Nikolaos.
