HOTEL AGNI ON THE BEACH — Hotel in Municipality of Sithonia

My family and I stayed at this hotel as part of a larger group of friends. This hotel is situated in the southern end of Sarti, very close to the wonderful beach. We had appartment 219, which has 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms and a balcony with lateral sea view. The apartment is newly refurbished. The beds are very comfortable, the bathrooms are spacious and the water pressure is very good. The air conditioning is working perfectly. Free, password protected Wi-Fi is available everywhere in the hotel and it can sometimes even reach the beach. The staff at the reception is very friendly, proactive and helpful, they are always there if you need anything. Cleaning is also impressive, they go in every day in the apartment (towels are changed every second day) and leave the place spotless, which sometimes can be hard especially when you are near a beach with very fine sand that gets everywhere. The other common areas are also frequently cleaned and always look good. The breakfast was varied, some basic items were present daily, while there were a few surprises every day, especially for the little ones (donuts, mini-hotdogs, mini-baclava). The rooms are nice like in internet pictures. The owner is not so fair. I made a phone reservation and after 12 hours on the road when I arrived at the hotel she told us that the Sarti Premim Suites (same business with Agni on the Beach) are not finished yet ( still under construction) and, in Hotel Agni on the Beach they still make little finishes. No any apologies!!! The hotel looks good enough but the area is pretty bad because is at the end of Sarti, is stil under construction and is rather separate from Sarti downtown .
