House Stamatis — Hotel in Municipality of Sithonia

We took our kids here on a 8 day vacation and we had a great time here, some key elements here which are fantastic from our point of view.

We had two rooms; One double room for two adults and two kids One single room for two adults The rooms are appropriately sized and have all facilities necesairy, beds to cooking utensils, cutlery, fridge etc. Nothing was missing here. Aircon was also quite good for us to cook down. The hosts offered to clean our room also which was needed for us due to two kids making an absolute mess.

The yard is really nice our kids ran around here having fun, it's nice and green and full of lovely flowers, they worked hard to maintain nice secenery.

Parking is easy and ample.

Beach is within walking distance (2 minutes walk) which is perfect for kids. When walking to the beach if you have prams we suggest walking on the main road epar od and then turning right to the main Esplanade. Easy access no problems day and night.

Big thing for us was the kindness of the hosts, the help and general demeanour they had. We were extremt happy, they were very understanding that our kids make alot of noise, they gave us fruits for both kids and some home made sweets.

Those of you seeking a place to stay near the beach with your family or as a couple this is a great place to come and chill.

The only thing I can advise anyone is bring some mosquito repellent for your skin as there are alot around this area (not specific to House statmatis) it's just how nature is here!

If we came back here and we probabil will, we will happily come...

We liked the following things: big rooms and well equiped room was clean location close to the beach and taverna Evros which we recommend the owner gave us a little present at tne end of our staying private parking We didn't like the next things: they don't have room service; we stayed 6 days and nobody, except me, cleaned our room the towels and the linen were not changed in 6 days they were annoyed about my baby (2 years) making noise in the morning around 8 o'clock. He didn't do anything except babbling on his language. This is the message I've got in the first day: "And please, if you can try to keep the baby quiet because there are people that sleep. Thank you" they kept our identity cards during our staying. Another thing is not ok. Recommend this accommodation only for short stays if you don't want to do cleaning jobs in...

We've been living for a few days now. What can I say, for really reasonable money you get a clean room with a private bathroom, a kitchenette equipped with all the necessary things, so when you get bored of eating in the restaurant, you can cook your favorite dinner. You do not have to look for a place to park your car because it is on site.
