Ilia's House — Hotel in Municipality of Sithonia

Our stay at Ilia's House was very relaxing and we enjoy during 9 days stay there. We used studio for three of us including our baby and it was more than enough for pleasant stay. Studio has everything needed, view from balcon is amazing direct on the sea and beach, especially during the morning sunrise. Yard is so nice and very well maintained, perfect for children. We stayed in Ilia's house in August 2023. The house is located on a spacious beach and has a very nice yard with pavilions, parking, barbecue with all kitchen accessories, playground for children... Guests are provided with sunbeds and umbrellas. The room we stayed in, is a bit tight, but has everything you need. The sea-view from the terrace is beautiful and calming. Amazing place to stay. Little piece of paradise with house right on the beach with beautiful garden and number of sheds with outdoor kitchen and bbq. Katerina is amazing host and always willing to go above and beyond. Whenever we needed some recommendations or advise she was making calls to organise it for us.
