Kynthia Hotel — Hotel in Municipality of Sithonia

The owner of the place is insane. He got mad because we arrived 45 minutes after the check in time they claimed to have but in the instructions there is no ending time for checking in! (How about leaving the keys in a lockbox if no-one is there to let people in??) the owner was super threathful towards my husband and I even though we had paid the accommodation already thru booking. The place seems nice in pictures but just because of the bad way of handling customers feedback and acting threathful and aggressive towards customers who are not happy with the “service”. Would not ever recommend this place to anyone since the owner seems have untreated anger management issues. Not a safe place to stay. He shouted to us and made us leave the property because he didn’t like the feedback we gave and neither the fact that we contacted booking agency about the issues. We had to book another place to stay at night because this crazy person who has terrible issues handling feedback he doesn’t like. We travel a lot and have experienced a lot of things on our journeys but this is something we have never encountered before.

Do not go here. Terrible experience.

Two week from this episode and still waiting for our money back....

Absolutely delighted with our stay at this newly renovated hotel in Halkidiki's charming Spathies beach. The modern and tastefully designed room offered the perfect blend of comfort and luxury, making us feel right at home.

The staff truly went above and beyond to ensure that our experience was exceptional. Their warm hospitality and eagerness to accommodate our needs made us feel like valued guests. From recommending us beaches, restaurants to other different places to visit. Special thanks to Manos and Alex.

The breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape coupled with the whole atmosphere, provided a serene backdrop for relaxation and rejuvenation.

Truly a memorable experience. We wholeheartedly recommend this hidden gem to anyone seeking an unforgettable getaway in the heart of Halkidiki. Five stars...

Πέρα από την όμορφη εμφάνιση ίσως των συγκεκριμένων δωματίων δεν υπάρχει κάτι θετικό να προσάψω:

Πάρα πολύ κακό πρωινό από super market. Μεγάλη απάτη το πρωινό καλύτερα να μην το είχαν καθόλου ως «παροχή». Συσκευασμένα τσουρέκια. Συσκευασμένα ντόνατ, συσκευασμένα γιαούρτια και συσκευασμένα τυρια και βουτυρα. Ντραπηκε και η ντροπή. Τα δωμάτια είναι όχι πάνω στη θάλλασα αλλα μπροστά από επαρχιακό δρόμο με τραγική φασαρία από τα αμάξια και μηδαμινή ηχομόνωση Ο ιδιοκτήτης είναι πολύ οξύθυμος και αγενέστατος. Επίσης δεν κόβει αποδείξεις Το κοινόχρηστο τζακούζι είναι πενταβρώμικο! Οι μπανιέρες στα δωμάτια μην παραπλανηθείτε αλλά είναι απλές μπανιέρες χωρίς τζακούζι Το check-in είναι στις 16:00 και το check-out στις 10:00. Δηλαδή χάνεις μια ολόκληρη ημέρα διαμονής. Η απόλυτη εκμετάλλευση! Η καθαρίστρια είναι η μαμά του ιδιοκτήτη (κέρδος από παντού) και δεν υπάρχει καν reception από το μεσημέρι και μετά (η απόλυτη αισχοκέρδεια) Η παραλία είναι αρκετά μακριά με τα πόδια Το δωμάτιο μας είχε τεράστιες κατσαρίδες Για πάνω από 200€ την βραδιά σε καμμία των περιπτώσεων μη πετάξετε τα χρήματα σας ενώ μπορείτε με τα ίδια χρήματα να μείνετε σε 5στερο με πρωινό μπουφέ Δεν έχει καν πισίνα Τέλος δεν υπάρχουν στόρια κι αν μένεις σε ισόγεια κατοικία σε κοιτάνε όλοι από εξω τι κάνεις μέσα στο δωμάτιο. Απαράδεκτο για 250€ την βραδιά Δεν υπάρχουν καν τηλέφωνα στα δωμάτια σε περίπτωση έκτακτης ανάγκης Ενα 4στερο ξενοδοχείο έχει πισίνα, snack bar, υπηρεσίες σπα, γυμναστήρια. Σε αυτο το hostel δεν μπορούσες καν να παραγγείλεις ένα φραπέ ή να πιεις ένα μπουκάλι νερό Τέλος η εξώπορτα μέχρι να ανοίξει για να βγεις έξω μπορεί είτε να γεννήσεις και να σπάσουν τα νερά είτε να γεμίσεις ρυτίδες από το πέρασμα του χρόνου. Τόσα λεφτά την βραδιά για τέτοια εξώπορτα! Τραγικό απλά. Χωρίς λόγια!

Ο ΕΟΤ θα μας αποδείξει πως αυτό το hostel αυτοαποκαλείται 4στερο ξενοδοχείο(έτσι εμφανιζόταν το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα στη google ως 4στερο). Μηδέν ντροπή πραγματικά! Θα κινηθώ με όλες τις νόμιμες...
