arrived 7pm at the hotel and room wasn’t ready. we had booked junior suite room because it had big walk in shower even room suitable is for m disabled person it wasn’t bothering us. ||there was no bedding on my bed and after long trip I only wanted relax and rest. Staff who came resolve this problem was rude and make me feel very uncomfortable because Lady start questioning me personal questions one of the question even was about my national. I want rush things up so I help her make a bed. later on this evening we had couple of issues with shower water temperature but we couldn’t get help because we didn’t have phone in the room and receptionist wasn’t there. However this problem wasn’t really big so we left as it is and thought will let them know in the morning. ||We left room earlier (10 am) and reception door was locked and no one was there so I didn’t have a chance speak to anyone about my stay. ||after I came home I received phone call from the hotel with accusation of trashing the room we stayed. ||||women who called perhaps never heard about good customers service and the manner she used to approach accusation of trashing hotel room was shocking. ||||I will be honest never in my life I heard that hotel call guest after check out and would ask to explain themselves why? and what? we done in the room plus pay for wet towels the once we used. unfortunately that’s was not over as soon I disagreed about her statement she start bringing more things about the room. this time she said we left bed wet, chewing gum on the carpet and broken shower handle. Again i could not believe what she was saying.. as soon I disagreed about everything she changed her statement and this time lady said towels should not be left on the floor and from wet towels become soiled!?? I could not hold my laugh so I said to her I will call her back because I need to tell this to my partner all of this. ||||15 minutes after I phone the hotel and ask speak with DM because I would like to make office complain but the person who answered me was the same lady so I kindly ask her could please transfer me DM but her reply was ‘I’m this hotel DM’ unfortunately my complaint was going to be about her I ask her again do you have anything else I could speak with like general manager and again she said ‘I’m general manager’ so once more I ask her can you please put someone on the phone who’s in the higher position then you or let me speak with someone else please ? so she said ‘who you would like to speak with kitchen porter!!’ but this time she raised her voice and become rudder. well because was no any other choice and I want to resolve this problem so try speak with her. I explain her that I’m not willing pay for wet towels or any other stuff she was mentioning and that I’m not excepting the manner she is expressing herself but I as soon i open my mouth this lady keep interrupting me or talking over me raising her voice. ||||first simply I asked her ‘you know we stayed in the room with M Disability Toilet Bathroom Suite and you bring up about soiled mark on towel do you think is acceptable maybe even you sow me and I looked perfect fine you should understand that not all disabilities are visible and luckily I’m not but what if I actually have medical issues would you still call me and try to embarrass disabled guest for possible small accident? and her reply was yes||a long with conversation her statement started changing and now she said because she found empty alcohol bottles in the bin- wetness on the bed become vomited and she not said anything about shower handle. ||||honestly the only thing I would like to know why would someone go through my rubbish in the bin? it’s some sore a spying? || ||I have been working in the hotel as DM over 5 years and honestly after all of this I could just say I’m feeling disgusted and disposed how I been treated as a customer by person who announces herself as DM/GM. However glad my bank help me out and block my bank card so they not be able took any charges for ridiculous accusation. ||||once more I called hotel to let them know that I’m not willing paid and that I block my bank card in case they want to charged me. ||as soon I hang up I received gan email from this hotel for ‘ Damage’ charges. what could say.. you will never see me again and I will make sure I publish this incident so other people will know not to bother coming...

Myself, my wife and a couple of friends decided to visit Mango beach bar on the last day of our vacation. We figured we visit a good beach bar and stay for a few hours, before we begin the long journey back home in another state. Instead of taking sunbeds, we decided to sit in the lounge area and we ordered some drinks.
A couple of acquaintances entered the beach bar facility and thought they ask us about the place. They just arrived in Greece on vacation on that same day. And before going to their accommodation, they wanted to checkout a few beaches on the way, so that they go to the most attractive ones after their reservation check-in.
I told them that the facility is great, the staff are kind and professional, the beach and water is perfect, the sunbed prices are affordable etc - I basically had only praises for the place and I was being honest.
They left right away to their accommodation when, lo and behold, the almighty "sunbeds manager" plunged towards me, saying things like "oooohhhh sir are you trying to take my job?!", and "what did you say to those people?!".
I was in utter disbelief, and explained to her that I had nothing but nice things to say about the place. But she didn't believe me and said "why don't you come and join us in the sunbed area", making insulting gestures with her hands by pointing towards the sunbeds.
I went there for what I hoped would be a relaxing couple of hours by the sea, but my experience was anything but relaxing thanks to the rude and condescending "sunbeds manager". She had no etiquette, let alone customer...
