We’ve had the best vacation at Lakis House, Nina and Lakis made us feel like part of their family and helped us on several occasions. They truly are the best hosts you can find. The house is in perfect condition, everything looks new, there is a cleaning lady that comes every 3 days that cleans the apartment and changes the sheets. It is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including 2 ACs, a washing machine, hair dryer, drying rack, fully equipped kitchen and a full sized fridge. Living room has a couch that is actually made of 2 full sized single beds which is great for larger groups like ours! The location is perfect for exploring Sithonia as it is located above the main road that can get congested and from here alternative routs are accessible. Additionally, it is located right above the traffic light which makes it easy to access the main road as well. Großes gemütliches Apartment in der Altstadt von Nikiti. Bei unserer Ankunft gab es eine Flasche Wein, eine Süssigkeit und Wasser. Hier ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine. Das Apartment ist super sauber !!! Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Was uns gefehlt hat war eine Filterkaffeemaschine. Das Bett war für uns perfekt und unser Highlight war die Terrasse. Wir waren vier Tage hier, leider bei viel Regen und das schöne Apartment hat unseren Aufenthalt hier gerettet. Am dritten Tag wurde das Apartment komplett gereinigt incl. frischer Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war sehr gut und sehr herzlich. Alles was man braucht ist zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Für uns war das Apartment perfekt und wir können es zu 100% weiter...
