Luria Homes — Hotel in Municipality of Sithonia

Very luxurious and relaxing stay! We stayed here with my husband and a friendly couple in the 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa C . We loved the privacy of the infinity pool and the seclusion of the beach meant very little outside foot traffic. The interior is beautifully done, clean and every comfort was provided. I particularly enjoyed the bedding and the yummy breakfast! Coming for the US, it's very refreshing to have breakfast included. Outside landscaping was serene, well kept and the views are unbeatable, especially during sunrise and sunset. We chose to stay here without the kids, but can easily see this as a family vacation spot as well. There are many beautiful beaches to explore within a short driving distance and many picturesque little Chalkidiki villages to visit. If the 'second foot' (aka Sithonia) gets too relaxing and quiet, you can always take a short drive to the 'first foot' (aka Kassandra), which is poppin. All and all this place offered us exactly the Greek vacation experience we were hoping for....

The hotel location is amazing beach is not ideal very rocky and has a lot of blobs might be jellyfish. The pool is warm which isnt ideal for the summer but still nice rooms very clean. The reason im giving this a one star review is the HUGE CONSTRUCTION that is going on next to it dust and dirt comes from there makes the place very dirty the construction is a mess very loud as well im swimming trying to enjoy and i constantly hear loud bangs and construction workes yelling trucks coming i dont know how its legal to build this close to the sea. They were cutting down bushes and trees and it really ruins the view a lot of dust and loud noises mixed in with the ugly building ruining the beautiful sea and view i would recommend going after this abomination is finished with because it really ruins something beautiful paying 1400€ for a day and having this next to you is a catastrophe for the price...

While we did not book directly with Luria Homes, I still wanted to leave a review as the Villa was amazing and the hosts were fantastic.

The property is well maintained with onsite staff, the Villa is very spacious and contains all the essentials for a wonderful stay. Also very modern but fits in well with the Greek surroundings.

The beach is only a short walk down from the Villa and now has two beautiful decks with umbrellas and beach chairs to enjoy.

The location is also great, nice and private, but only a short 10 minute drive into town (Nakiti). The views are spectacular.

The Villa did an amazing job of doing a pre-shop for us from the list we gave them, providing daily changes of towels, arranging a sail boat trip for us and providing great recommendations on restaurants and beauty salon.

It is the home away from home, we did not want to leave and hope to travel...
