Very disappointing experience – we were treated with disrespect
We had previously enjoyed a wonderful meal at this restaurant and were planning to order takeaway today for four families with children. We called ahead before opening hours, and a lady kindly assured us that if we called again at opening time, the food would be ready within 20 minutes for takeaway.
We organized everything based on this promise, and showed up exactly as agreed. To our surprise, the man who appeared to be the owner or manager began shouting at us aggressively, saying that they don’t do takeaway – even though the restaurant was open and completely empty. He didn’t allow us to explain, wasn’t interested in what had been agreed on the phone, and simply dismissed us in a very rude manner.
We were ready to wait patiently, and we had made sure to respect their timing and instructions. Being treated so harshly, without reason, especially when we were planning to order a large meal for multiple families, was unacceptable. After this, they rejected all our follow-up calls.
Such behavior is shocking in a place that otherwise seemed welcoming. Sadly, we cannot recommend this...

The location has a certain view over the sea, but it is only a matter of personal preference. There is nothing special.
The service is low. They have a single set of menus. If there are many customers you cannot order until they ordered. And you have to move fast as there are others moving. There are two people serving. They have a low customer sensitivity. No smile. You have the feeling they are upset on you. We spend 45’ to place an order.
The atmosphere it is your job. The location does not provide any. You have the feeling you are hosted in an improvised location.
The food does not meet the basic expectations. After eating there we got sick. Looking at the gentleman working in the kitchen you understand why: long hair, long beard, no protection, sometimes he takes a break and smokes on the terrace and returns to work. His presence gives an air of pirate-ish, but it does not worth when you talk about...
Read moreI heard that this place has a long tradition. We came as a family from Lagomandra Beach. Even in the driveway I could smell the kitchen and thought that this would be the right place to experience Greek cuisine. I wasn't really impressed, to be honest. We came at lunch time, it was not crowded. We got a place where the wind blows perfectly and relieves the unbearable summer heat. I ate moussaka, traditional greek dish, which was served in an earthenware bowl. I expected it to arrive hot, but I was disappointed. It was tasty, but not lukewarm either. Cold potatoes, cold meat... My enthusiasm quickly waned. And the old lady who served us forgot some orders. Dishes came out one by one at intervals of 10-15 minutes. Maybe we'll give this place another chance, but now we are...
