We stayed at the villa for 8 days with my in laws, my husbands grandma, my husband and our 1 year old daughter. We booked directly agreed to give a 1000 euro security deposit. My husband was walking down the steps and fell after the marble stair in the living room crumbled and the edge and he almost really hurt himself. Immediately I texted the home manager that a piece of the stair broke while my husband was walking down the stairs and that it’s super dangerous. A few days passed and we agreed to extend an additional night as we changed our flight. When he came to the home before we left for the airport he decided to keep 500 euros to repair the broken step as if it were our fault. The edge of the marble is crumbling in many places but for some reason he thinks we’re not supposed to walk around the house.
