We spent 9 nights in apartments 8 and 10 in the building Leonidas 2 (two families). The apartments are in an excellent location - close to the beach and yet isolated from noise. As for the apartments themselves, they are mostly the same as in the pictures, with a couple of notes - in both apartments, cooker hoods were subsequently inserted (not visible in the pictures), which makes it almost impossible to prepare anything because the space between the hob and the hood is very small. The windows in the bathrooms do not have natural ventilation, but face a staircase, and in apartment no. 10, the kitchen window also faces that, and there is no natural light and no natural ventilation is possible. Smells from other apartments wafted through that space and you could hear every use of water from the entire building. There are enough dishes in the kitchen, but immediately upon arrival you have to get liquids for the dishes, sponges, etc. because they are not provided. Fortunately, there is a smaller store right across the street. Check-in to the apartment is at 1 p.m. and that was respected, and we also had help finding parking on the street. As for the owner - after the first day, which went ok, there was an issue with changing towels and bed linen. When we contacted him on the fifth day, he was unpleasant and said that he could not provide it immediately when we contacted him (although no one requested it immediately), then he said that the replacement is 5 to 7 days (although on the website which we used for reservation it was written 5 days) with the excuse that the woman who does the cleaning is busy (which has nothing to do with the replacement because the guests themselves change the bed linen, which he emphasized several times that we do not expect someone else to replace it). That evening we checked the site again to make sure it says 5 days and the next day we insisted that the exchange be made on the 6th day and although he originally requested it to be 7 days in the morning at our insistence the exchange was made on the evening of the 6th day. In the meantime, the owner changed the description on the website to say that the replacement is done for 5 or 7 days and was probably contacted by Nikana (website for reservations) to confirm when the replacement was done (or someone else reported it) but that didn't stop him from meeting us from the beach and accusing us of reporting him and when we denied it he accused us of lying. Later he apologized (probably when he realized that we didn't report him) and justified that he has a lot of apartments and that he can't change for 5 days and I don't know what, but honestly very ugly on his part. He also lives in the apartment across the street and said that he monitors who comes in and out and what happens in the apartments (when we informed him abou an early check-out and offered to let him know the exact time), which in our opinion is not a very...

As for the accommodation, it is truly exceptional, equipped with everything you need, the terraces are fantastic. But... The owner of the apartment, I don't know how to describe him. Otherwise, although he speaks English, although not the best, he knows Serbian very well, which I was convinced of in one not at all pleasant situation. Namely, on the second day of our stay, the air conditioning in the room leaked, and two days later two technicians came, in the meantime he called me to let them in, which I did before his call, and when he ended the conversation, probably thinking that he had disconnected the call, he cursed me in pure Serbian (I quoted what, but they didn't want to post a review). Read moreWe stayed in leonidas apartments 2 for 10 days. Owner was nice and polite. He waited for us in front of the apartment because we were late. We were not far from beach, passing store in front of the apartment u get to the beach. Its peaceful part of village. Owner told us to keep house order, that was totaly ok. He warned few times ppl who stayed to be quiet because they were too loud. I would recommend owner to put soap and dish washing things...its only 2 eur, and for price of the appartment that is must. Air conditioner is bad placed... It cools the badroom and our children couldnt get any cold air in living room. And airconditioner was in front of the bed so we were cold. Balcony is beautiful. Nea peramos is place to come back. With few things changed, maybe we will come back to this...
