Το Γεφυράκι Beach Bar — Restaurant in Paggaio Municipality

I recently visited this restaurant and had an unpleasant experience when asking if a table was reserved. The staff member I spoke with a lady around her 50’s started laughing in a very ironic way making me suppose that the table was reserved and did not give me a clear answer about whether she had another free table or not even though I clearly asked her, she basically run away happy and smiling. Her attitude was due to the fact that the terrace was crowded anyway due to a big Holiday. I remained without an answer if a table was available. I followed her telling her she is impolite and should not be in the Horeca business. She was satisfied with my negative feedback or maybe she just doesn’t understands English. This behavior made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. However if it’s an empty terrace the food is good as I tried eating here before. Whenever becomes crowded they get overwhelmed and arrogant without reason.

Also, the experience started in the morning with same lady who was not welcoming at all when I wanted to order beach consumption - and I went personally to search for someone as no one came after 40 min already at the sun beds - when finally reaching her - She just looked at me and said smth like “go away and wait”

I hope the management can work on improving the professionalism and courtesy of their service staff as the local...

The service was friendly and it felt like they actually loved their job. The amount of food in a portion was just right. The atmosphere was so soothing and it felt like I was at a friend's home for the first time and their mother tried to make the best she could to serve the little hungry monsters.

We had dinner here and it was a nice experience. The food was good but the calamari were a bit hard to chew. The tzatziki was surprising because it had a bit more dill and gave it a slight aroma but it was good. The place was clean and local music was playing in the background.
