Loxandra Studios Hotel — Hotel in Polygyros Municipality

Prvi utisak je bio ok. Sobe ne gledaju ma more. Udaljenost je oko 150m od mora. Peskiri se ne menjaju na 4 dana kao sto mi je receno pre puta. Gazdarica me je napravila ludom i otela mi 50 e. Koga god od gazda pogledas imas utisak da ce da te streljaju. Neljubazni i neprijatni do bola. Dodatak kao odgovor

I didn't express myself well The landlady robbed me of 50e, stole it.

we paid for two apartments because 8 people were supposed to come. unfortunately, three canceled but the apartments were paid for. that's fine. 1850 e was paid with the deposit upon arrival. I owed 42 e for residence taxes and I gave that to the lady after two days. the problem is that she wrote that the first time she was given 1800 e instead of 1850 and in that way she robbed me of 50 additional euros because instead of giving her 42 I gave her 92 e. she charged the residence tax for people who did not come second.. if towels are changed every three days, why were they changed twice for us in 13 days. that there was a mess behind us is a disgusting lie because I even folded the bed sheets. and lastly... you show respect for your guests by not knowing that the reservation was made directly and not through an agency. You're just being rude...

+The room was new.||||-The first night there was not hot water. When we called the owner to complain she said that it was late and she couldn't do anything. The next day we had another surprise..the towels were not changed and the room was not cleaned - there is another comment in TripAdvisor with the same complain and the answer was the same like the one we received: "we clean and change the towels every 3 days". In other words if you stay 6 nights expect them to clean your room and change your towels only once (what about the toilette paper?). The next morning we complained to the owner but she was rude - she even said that a hotel would be more suitable for us. According to the Greek legislation THEY HAVE TO CLEAN THE ROOM EVERY day no matter what. When we informed the owner regarding this they replied that the legislation says many things...at the end they agreed with our "request" to clean the room every day because we are.. strange.||||By the way the village Metamorphosi were our accommodation was located is nothing special neither its beach. In the 7 days we stayed in Sithonia this was the worst beach (it is a pitty because almost all the other beaches...

A very friendly, family-run hotel, especially the owner, who always tries to meet every request. The rooms are clean, the beds comfortable, and the location is great – close to the sea. Every morning we were treated to a coffee and a little cake, a lovely gesture for the guests. Parking was easy, and from the apartments you get a beautiful view of the pine trees and the sea. The sea is perfect for children, with a gentle, shallow entry and a stunning scenery of pines around. The beach is partly sandy, partly rocky, so you can always find the spot that suits you. There are plenty of attractions for kids during the day and at night – from playgrounds to playrooms. The nightlife is pleasant, with no noise, and everything is just about 150 meters from the apartment. We’ve been here for six nights already, and as our holiday is coming to an end, we can truly say that Loxandra Studios was a...
