Eucalyptus Sea Houses — Hotel in Preveza Municipality

We only stayed for two nights but it was a fantastic experience, we were greeted by the owner who showed us the accommodation. The accommodation was very clean and finished to a very high standard, a very well layer out property with a good bathroom with shower. The view over the pool is amazing and from the rear of the property there is access to a small beach. We were offered a daily maid service to clean and empty waste bins etc. I cannot recommend this highly enough for a clean comfortable stay with the best views I have experienced. There is a bar 40 metres down the road for cold drinks and snacks etc , a fantastic place that we used twice. It is a 30 minute walk to Preveza marina area and shops so a car /taxi or possibly a bus would be recommended. Thank you to the owner who was on site to help with any questions we had and helped to make our stay a memorable...

The view is great, the owner is welcoming and helpful. The location is at first glance close to the centre but in reality you have to take a 2.2 km unlit road passing some badly kept areas; no sidewalk for pedestrians and lots of traffic so it is very dangerous especially at night; impossible to walk with kids. Not even a small corner shop in the proximity to buy water or bare necessities. When we arrived the place was very clean. Later we had to ask several times to have our garbage taken out. Conclusion: the place is nice...

Extrem schöne Wohneinheiten mit privatem Pool und Blick aufs Meer und nach Levkada. Alles vom allerfeinsten. Funktionelle Küche mit Nespressomaschine und Micro. Bequeme Liegen auf der Terrasse und absolute Ruhe ( wenn auch die Nachbarn sich daran halten). Sehr bequemes Bett im Obergeschoss mit eigener sehr leiser Klimaanlage.

Apostolis der Eigentümer kümmert sich rührend um alles. Sauberkeit ist perfekt. Es sind nur 5 Appartements aber alle sind toll von der Lage her. Zu Fuß ist man in 20 Minuten in Preveza an der Hafenmole mit seinen vielen Restaurants. Aber auch in der Umgebung gibt es einiges zu vernünftigen Preisen.
