Lydia Rooms — Hotel in Preveza Municipality

Nice quiet place, very close to the sea. There is only a beautiful garden between Lydia and the sea. The beach is rather narrow but fine for a morning swim. The owner Giorgos is a nice man. We stayed for 3 days in apartment number 1. Okay size room and nice bathroom (but no shower curtain!). Only basic things in the kitchen. The best was the very big balcony with beatiful seaview. For seaview apartments numbers 1 and 10 are the best. Very weak wifi signal though. Nice and quiet area except for very loud live music in the hotel next door on Saturday evening from ten o’clock. There is a small super market (mind the opening hours!) 7-10 minutes walk from Lydia, and there are 2 tavernas in the area, Lucia 2 minutes walk from Lydia and Ionio 5 minutes walk from Lydia. Very tasty food! The closest organised beach is Kianí Aktí, but the best organised beach in the area is the wonderful Alonaki Beach, about 25-30 minutes walk from Lydia. Η χειρότερη διαμονή. Μας χαλασε τις διακοπές. Κατω απο τα κρεβάτια τριχες και χνούδια. Σεντονια και πετσέτες ασιδερωτα λες και ηταν χρησιμοποιημένα. Ψυγειο χωρις πορτα στην κατάψυξη,μας χαλασαν ολα τα φρούτα. Μεχρι και η απλώστρα σκουριασμένη. Και έπρεπε να τους ζητήσουμε να το ξανακαθαρισουν γιατί σιχαινομασταν να ακουμπησουμε οπουδήποτε . κουρτίνα μπανιου μεσα στη γλιτσα και αποχέτευση που τη σκεπαζαμε για να μην βρωμάει τη νυχτα.
