Kefalonia View Villas — Hotel in Sami Municipality

The person who met us as we arrived didn’t know English, and couldn’t answer our questions. We were 2 families and we asked to be next to each other and the host refused. The 6 persons villa is outdated. The shower has a certain and no water head. You need to hold the shower head in your hands. The mattress is too soft and you feel every movement of the other person. In the 4 persons house there wasn’t enough hot water, and in the morning we had to shower with cold water. There are a lot of wasps outside and we got stung all the time. There is only one key to the house and attached to it is the electricity card. We have stayed for 7 night, a large group (17 people, small children included) and it was perfect. Kids loves the pool, big terrace in front of the house for adults, place to park 5 cars, fire place for barbeque. The host was very friendly and prompt for any request. Really disappointing stay. This is an expensive place, €300 a night, the product does not match the price. Missing shower door, fire alarm missing, dirty pool, no information provided, no dishwasher tablets provided, we were even asked to take the bins out when we left.
