ILIOVOLO GUESTHOUSE — Hotel in South Pilio Municipality

We stayed here a couple of nights in early May, and were very glad we did. The guesthouse is on the upper edge of the village. The room is a very generous size, and the bathroom is good, with a shower cubicle that doesn't leak! The beds were comfy and there was a small balcony too. There are a few parking spaces on site, otherwise the road would be fine. The breakfast from Maria was wonderful. Plenty without being overwhelming and very tasty. Even the fact that jams were served in individual china bowls was a nice personal touch. Proper fresh orange juice. Couldn't fault it. The owners of the hotel were extremely hospitable. We arrived without a booking as the hotel was closed for a couple of days, but the owners opened the hotel just for us to stay the night. It was raining and we are a couple with a small child so we were very grateful. The room itself was beautiful with everything we needed and an amazing view. Despite the owners having to meet personal commitments which was the reason they closed the hotel, they still served us a delicious breakfast with all homemade foods and homemade produce.
