The most unpleasant vacation we ever had. First of all, it's not a 5 star hotel and you can argue as much as you want, it is much more like a 2 or 3 star hotel and that's why: 1. Our room was in not a good condition, starting with the wallpapers which were freshly glued to the wall and the stains all over our room (ceiling and walls), clearly someone had a fight here throwing coffee all around and no one cared about removing the stains, so we stayed our vacation admiring that. (Photos attached) 2. So basically the restaurant which provided us breakfast and dinner is a complete JOKE. I guess none of the customers which gave 5 star reviews has ever been to a self respecting Greek hotel or a Turkish hotel (and I don't even mention the All Inclusive option). The food there is horrendous, who would have thought that a hotel situated near the sea, in a country with best Mediterranean food would serve pork, deep fried chicken nuggets and horrendous warm tzatziki (not even kept in a cold place), who wants to eat pork every day at seaside in hot weather ? So no seafood (only cod). The whole breakfast and dinner menu is like the size of a baklava variety table in Turkey or other good Greek hotels like Akrathos (visited in 2023). 3. They are extremely lazy, everyone expects to take the breakfast or dinner at the outside terrace but they won't even call an Wasp exterminator so their customers can't sit outside because there are dozens of wasps. The only solution is to get barbecued by a flaming ashtray of something which is meant to scare the wasps away (they already have a immunity for that smoke). 4. The prices for drinks are a complete SCAM, they use a "No outside drinks" policy to make their wallets larger, so please expect for the beach waiters to make you observations about your drinks such as water and beer like " Hide it please" and "wo don't allow it here". For everyone to know one beer is 6.5€ for 500ml, 3 times more expensive than the beer in nearest town (2.7km). 5. The whole "No outside Drinks" policy is laughable, they are so cheap and greedy that they don't even provide tap water at dinner which I personally consider miserable, they make you order bottled water for 3x prices. We paid 18€ for 2 wine glasses on our first night, guys, it's a robbery. Also, they are arrogant enough to approach your table in the middle of dinner and bring their bills for signature. 6. The hotel name "Royal Paradise Beach" is like straight out of some scamming operation, who even names hotels like that?? On the last night I could barely remember the name of the hotel cause it's cringe, rather than the beach area itself (which nature gifted them) the area has nothing to do with this name, no entertainment, no music, no nothing, just pure boredom and overpriced everything... 7. TURN OFF THE LIGHTS AT THE BALCONY PLEASE! I don't know but they turn on the lights until 12:00 and you can't switch them off. 8. Every hotel I have been to has some sort of roofs which protect the parked cars from sun and heat and you guessed it right, they were too lazy or greedy to install some of these so the cars sit under the sun for the whole vacation, cool guys👍 All in all I would like to say that the beach and the sea were the best thing in our vacation, the rest was trash. Won't come here again, and as expected from other reviews I'm waiting for threats from the manager and their imaginary lawyer department (they try to create an image of a big corporation with a lot of departments but the truth is they don't even have enough waiters, they drop them daily from the restaurant to bar to beach to pool, etc.)

This is one of the best hotels we have ever been in the 15 years we have been coming to Greece. We loved everything about it. Our room was exceptional with plenty of space on the large terrace- jacuzzi, bean futons, lounge beds, sitting chairs and small tables. Really cosy and a feel of space and variety of areas you can chill in. From the moment we arrived until we left, we felt well looked after by the always smiling and always accommodating every request staff. Here I want to say a special thank you to Anna Maria, who made every dinner a celebration, to Kostas who greeted us every morning with the coffee waiting gor us as we like it; Manos and Toly who catered for us every day on the beach; and Elena who helped me arrange my partner‘s birthday with reserved gazebos, birthday cake, balloons and complimentary prosecco gor all of us. Upon arrival there was a bottle in pur room and massages offered to all of us free of charge. All the gestures during pur stay made it feel personal and special. Thank you all for going out of your way and for offering this true 5 star experience. We enjoyed the Greek night, the pool aerobics, the wonderful live music and the Saxofone night. I should mention the food - delicious every breakfast and every evening. The concept of the hotel is to create a serene feel and no overcrowded areas- you have truly achieved this, there wasn‘t a time when we‘ve ever felt a crowd. We are leaving happy and relaxed, knowing that we will come back. Thank you all for the wonderful holiday.

Our stay at Royal Paradise Beach Resort & Spa was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and impeccable service. The resort is nestled in a stunning location right by the sea, offering breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere that’s perfect for relaxation. The rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully designed, blending modern comfort with a touch of Greek charm. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying coffee on the balcony with a sea view was pure bliss. The hotel grounds are immaculate – the lush gardens, clean pools, and private beach area make it feel like a true luxury escape. We especially appreciated the beach service and the comfortable sun loungers that made every day feel indulgent. Breakfast and dinner were both excellent, with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality food. The staff in the restaurant were attentive and always went the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect. A special highlight was the spa – tranquil, elegant, and professional. I highly recommend booking a massage during your stay! Overall, Royal Paradise truly lives up to its name. Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway or a peaceful family holiday, this resort has everything you need. We left feeling rejuvenated and already planning our next visit. Highly recommended!

First of all this is not a 5 stars hotel. There are so many problems with this hotel that you better avoid. Let me detail it for you and oh boy do I have details. There's wasps all over the place, basically everywhere and especially in the restaurant and nobody will do anything except for getting you some burning coffee that will make your clothes smell and not much regarding wasps as they seem to be immune to the thing since they will fly through the smoke like it's nothing. It's probably the only 5 stars hotel in the world that was too cheap to call for a wasp exterminator.

They are also extremely cheap on everything like napkins. Funny story, the staff is so bad they managed to spill half the tea on the napkin, and the waiter just ran off, without bringing another napkin or anything. I would assume they are extremely precious. About the seaside, they have a small beach that has sharp stones at the entry (like 2m of them). They were so lazy that they only made some small paths that you had to use to enter the water. Imagine having an entire beach for the hotel and not being able to give some small potato money to somebody with an excavator to take the rocks from the water. (you could do it with bare hands since rocks were small). That being said you have queues at entry/exit from water.

We also got stuck in an elevator doors closed and lights went off in 35 degrees heat. You would think a 5 star hotel has people around listening for lift alarm? Nah, they won't bother, nobody cared. I had a very low signal on phone and the friend that was with me got me out. Otherwise you can probably die, nobody will come. We also tried to phone the reception for an iron, nobody there either, and frankly nobody was there most of the time, since it's very normal there to be payed for not actually being there or actually doing the job.

And now for the cherry on top, and the reason I gave this 1 star (as it would've been a 3 star experience otherwise). Read on and be amazed! My friend that I was with, went and pointed out to the manager the breakfast problems. You would think that in any 5 stars hotel on this planet they would be sorry, they would say they'll make up for it, they might even send a bottle of champagne to your room. Right? Wrong. This guy had the audacity to start screaming at my friend and tell him that he is Romanian, and said it's perfectly normal to have problems and that in Romania he is doing his job wrong and how dares he to comment on the hotel (really?). Then he got all crazy and started to yell that he should leave the hotel immediately (everything being payed for already). I bet you did not hear that one not even in a 2 stars hotel.

But wait, there's more!

The next day my friend got pissed and wrote him a negative review. You would think this ended here but nooooo. The next day the manager stopped him and took him to his office where he began yelling at him for writing the review and saying he will call the police to make him delete the review??? My friend obviously told him to call them, since he did nothing wrong. So the guy went nuts completely yelling and screaming. By this point you would think this is a joke made by somebody or pure lie, and it's also hard for me to write this as it seems completely out of this world, yet it happened believe it or not!

Later edit: Dear Sachinidis, the bees are protected everywhere, but the wasps are not. I can write whatever I want about your hotel it is called "freedom of speech" and my own personal opinion. You on the other hand are doing a payed service. Thanks for showing everybody yet again how you treat your customers. I don't know what my friends did, but I can certainly say that me personally I did not do anything to your property, to any of your staff of yourself so there is absolutely no legal basis for you to sue me. I have yet to see a law suit based on a bad review on google, that would...

My family rested in Royal Paradise Beach Resort and Spa for third time this summer. We fell in love with this place nine years ago when we first time found it. Then we were only two and enjoyed our honey moon in the romantic garden and private beach there. Years after that we came back with our children to share this paradise with them. The kids were amazed by the jacuzzi on the terrace of our room, learned to swim in the pools and played till night on the beautiful sandy beach. We liked so much the special attitude of the staff - ALWAYS kind and smiling! the delicious food for any taste (there were Asian night, Italian night, Greek night - all included in the Half Board), rich breakfast, a lot of desserts and fruits. The beach is sandy (just this summer because of a big storm there were pebbles and small stones on part of it but the staff has made some corridors so guests can enter the clean sea). The coast is very nice for children to play and swim (very clean, shallow, no waves, no sea urchins), which is very important for us by choosing Royal Paradise for our vacation. There are many options for children and adults to keep fit - an open kinder yard, chess, table tennis, tennis court. The Spa was closed this year due to covid but the hotel offered massages in the garden. Yes, the place is not huge, but there is enough space for everyone and you will never find it crowded and noisy. The beach is not crowded and you can enjoy real rest. It is a very romantic and beautiful place, with great view and memorable sunsets. We thank very much the whole staff of the hotel - the kind people on the reception, the nice and always smiling girls and boys in the restaurant and bar, the cooks for the tasty food, the ladies cleaning the rooms, the man looking ofter the garden and jacuzzi, just ALL! We definitely will come back again next summer and will stay longer then...
