Katerina's House Accommodation — Hotel in Volvi Municipality

A wonderful place for a vacation! The guest house on the second line from the sea impressed us with its cozy atmosphere and attention to detail. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very well-furnished, and the beds are extremely comfortable. Each room is equipped with a modern TV, air conditioning, and high-speed internet, which made our stay even more pleasant and convenient. The view from the balcony to the sea was simply magical and created an incredible feeling of peace and relaxation.

The hosts were very hospitable and did everything possible to make us feel special. They welcomed us with a smile and provided us with detailed information about all the local attractions and restaurants.

The location is ideal - only a few minutes' walk from the beach. At the same time, the house is far enough from the main street's noise, which guaranteed a good night's sleep and tranquility.

The parking in front of the house is a great convenience for guests arriving by car. We didn't have to worry about finding a parking spot, which was a big plus.

We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a combination of comfort, hospitality, and beautiful sea views. We would gladly return here...

We've just returned from the holiday at Stavros. Our experience at Katerina's house was very pleasant. The two-room apartment we booked is more cozy than one can see on the photos. First and for me the most important: it was clean and tidy, all the necessary appliances were there. Rooms - spacious and bright. If you are a family interested in a quiet accommodation far from the city noise, then you should definitely consider this house. The nearest beach is 2 minutes , the medical office, restaurants and markets a minute of walk away. Evening chats at the balcony with the coffee cup in my hand were my favorite hours thanks to the breeze from the nearby mountain. And you can always ask for help from the hosts, the most kind and friendly people in Stavros we have met. Our best regards to Mrs.Katerina...

Απαράδεκτη η συμπεριφορά της ιδιοκτήτριας, καθώς ήρθα για να δω τον ξάδερφο μου ο οποίος έμεινε εκεί πέρα για 4 μέρες με τους γονείς του, προφανώς και με κάλεσαν στο σπίτι για να φάμε μαζί για μεσημέρι και κατευθείαν για μπάνιο στη θάλασσα (ζήτημα να εμένα στο σπίτι !1! Ώρα). Καθώς λοιπόν έφτασα εκεί και με είδε η Κατερίνα άρχισε να με προσβάλει για τον λόγο να μην μείνω εκεί πέρα ούτε 5 λεπτά, λέγοντας μου ότι άμα θέλω υπάρχουν και καφετέριες να πιω τον καφέ μου και ταβέρνες για να φάω, με λίγα λόγια με άσχημο και προσβλητικό τρόπο η Κατερίνα με έδιωχνε από το σπίτι. Θα μπορούσε με όμορφο τρόπο να μου εξηγήσει ότι δεν θέλει να ΚΟΙΜΗΘΏ εκεί πέρα (προφανώς και δεν ήταν ο σκοπός μου αυτός, καθώς έχω σπίτι στην Ασπροβάλτα) αλλά προτίμησε να προσβάλει κ εμένα και τον ξάδερφο μου. Υ.Γ. Λόγο της συμπεριφοράς της, θα αποτρέψω οποιονδήποτε φίλο κ γνωστό μου να μείνει εκεί πέρα ακόμα και 5€ να το έδινε το σπίτι, ακόμα και να ήταν η τελευταία λύση. Αλλάξετε λοιπόν την συμπεριφορά σας για να είναι κ ο κόσμος ευχαριστημένος με την φιλοξενία σας. Καλό...
