WARNING: Scammy host, terrible location- WORST stay ever!
We didn't even stay one hour at this place - and it was already a nightmare. As soon as we arrived, we realized we had been completely misled. The location is totally inaccessible without a car, but no one mentioned that anywhere before booking. There are no buses except during a narrow 10-hour window, the nearest supermarket is 3 km away, and a taxi costs €70 one way, meaning €140 just to get basic access (and no, there are no buses from the airport to the accommodation so you are forced to take a taxi). You're literally stranded if you don't drive as NOTHING is within walking distance. We told the host we wanted to leave immediately. Instead of helping, he acted like an absolute jerk, refused to speak to us, and even made us miss the last bus on purpose. To make things worse, he sent his underage son to deal with us, while he was "sleeping" — completely unprofessional and irresponsible. He also took a photo of my passport (he later refused to delete it despite my numerous requests), which is ILLEGAL, and never gave us a data protection contract, invoice, or any official paperwork. Just silence and shady behavior. And then comes their bullshit "non-refundable" policy: even though we didn't stay and we didn't violate any conditions, they refused any refund or flexibility. This policy seems custom-made to trap tourists, knowing that once you arrive and realize the nightmare you're in, it's already too late. We travel a lot, and this was hands down the worst accommodation experience we've ever had. !!!!AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!- unless you enjoy being scammed, stranded, ignored, and treated like garbage. I hope this reaches as many people as possible so as to avoid having the same shitty experience like us..One week later and we are still trying to get our...

Read moreThe property is located in a very nice and quiet location, on the hill, below the main street and very close to the sea and in close proximity to a small public pebble beach, secluded and not very crowded.
Depending on the building in which the accommodation is made (four in number), the view of the sea is more extensive or narrower, but, in any case, equally pleasant.
For the main building / property, with direct entrance from the road, the space is more generous and easily accessible. The yard is fenced (with a lockable gate) and there is ample parking.
For the three secondary buildings, located lower / closer to the sea, access is via a public dirt road, practicable but not excellent. These properties are fenced and have a lockable gate. Each building benefits from space for parking. However, in the case of the studio in the lower area (closest to the sea), the access ramp is quite narrow as is the maneuvering space, but it can be accessed with some care and skill.
The rooms are spacious, clean, fully equipped and benefit from a generous terrace each equipped with a set of sunbeds with an umbrella. The finishes and equipment are not state-of-the-art, probably already a few years old, but everything is clean, well-maintained and functional.
The host is kind and available for any requests...
