Noema Villa — Hotel in Zakynthos Municipality

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa! Everything was spotlessly clean, well equipped, and exactly as described, if not better. The rooms were beautifully furnished, modern, and very comfortable. The pool was absolutely beautiful, clean, well maintained, and perfect for cooling off during the warm days.

The villa is also very centrally located. Within just 10 to 15 minutes, we could reach several stunning beaches. It was the perfect base for exploring the area while still enjoying peace and relaxation.

What really made our stay special was the warm hospitality. George and his lovely family were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. We truly felt at home.

Absolutely not serious! We booked our 2024 summer holidays directly on the homepage full of anticipation. It was advertised that it was nowhere as cheap as directly through them. So we received a booking confirmation directly and even ordered the deposit. One day later an email arrived, without apology or anything else, saying that the prices had not yet been updated and that it would cost 2’300€ MORE, whether that was ok or the booking should be cancelled. I wrote back that I‘m shoked, but that I would be accommodating with the price but would not pay so much more. All I got was the cancellation and the information that the price was as it was. We liked everything about the villa. It is brand new, equipped with everything you might need (including a coffee machine, a blender, window shutters, etc.), the hosts go the extra mile to make your stay as pleasant as possible, they are very responsive and kind, the beds are super comfortable, the outside area is just right for the guests, a few restaurants, shops and a cafe are located within a walking distance from the villa, which is also very close to Zante town and halfway between the highlights of the island - Volimes, Keri and Vasilikos.
