This hotel is new and it shows. Everything is very nice and well done. The setup is great. The stairs are the steepest stairs I've ever seen in my life steeper than Tikal. Be ready for that because you need to grab into the railing to go up with luggage and go down.
The staff is really kind, but they don't really communicate with one another and things are a little confusing.
