Mayan Roots is probably the hiden jewel in El Remate that everyone should visit. It's a cozy and warm spot to eat, talk drink and enjoy. I wasn't expecting the quality of drinks and the excellence of the service that Max, the owner, offers. Cocktails are delicious, food is on point and Max is amazing.
