Very Disappointing Experience – Not Suitable for asthmatic Guest This place should honestly be classified as a motel or converted into a hostel. The rooms shown had a strong smell of humidity/damp mouldy smell and very poor ventilation, making the air quality extremely uncomfortable. The bathrooms offered no real privacy—just a curtain separating them from the bedroom, which is unacceptable. The beds were old and uncomfortable, and the linens did not appear clean or well-maintained. We chose not to stay, as my mother has severe asthma and couldn't safely remain in any of the rooms offered due to the damp smell.. Unfortunately, the owner refused to issue a refund, despite the circumstances. Very disappointed with both the conditions and the customer service. The hotel is in serious need of maintenance and cleaning. Becarefull there are scorpions in the room. The room had multiple blood stains on the walls and a strong, bad odor. The hot water was not working, making it impossible to shower. The bedding and pillows were of very poor quality, but the worst issue was the constant noise at night, which made it impossible to get any rest. Additionally, I was required to pay an extra cash fee on top of my reservation payment. Considering the service provided, the cost is unreasonably high compared to other nearby options. I stayed for one night, and it was a terrible experience. The hotel room had a musty smell that never went away, and both the bed covers and towels smelled as well. The kitchen had no equipment to cook even a simple meal. The shower only had extreme temperatures—either cold or super hot—with no in-between, and the hand rinse wouldn’t work at all. To top it off, the young lady who checked us out accused us of taking one of their towels, which we didn’t, and we had to pay extra for something that was never missing in the first place.
