My wife and enjoyed two nights in the junior suite. The hotel is very new. The suite was nicely and adequately furnished. The king-size bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. The A/C worked great. There were a few minor things that will need some attention as maintenance and management get around to fixing (this is common in all very new facilities). The location is directly fronting the international highway. This means lots of traffic of all types, even into the night. There are a few nearby small restaurants and cafes within walking distance. However, the nicer restaurants and the town center is a 30 minute walk up the mountain or a 15 minute bus ride, or a 10 minute taxi ride (bus is 35 cents per person, taxi is a dollar per person). The Internet is very fast and the TV has many channels and is typical for Honduras. The staff is very friendly and several of the management speak English. A supermarket, pharmacy, and other small shops are next door. ||||The only real distraction is the traffic noise. Our room was on the front side, overlooking the highway.
