Isabella Boutique Hotel — Hotel in San Pedro Sula

Two things that matter to me when traveling in a foreign country: staff and communication. Both were excellent. The hotel always promptly responded to my inquiries, the staff was always on hand and went overboard to take care of my needs and requests, and the facilities were great. There are some close by restaurants but with Uber, it didn't matter. You can go across town for less than $4 and Uber makes it easy---no communication issues. They easily arranged a 3-hour Covid-19 rapid antigen test ($30) at a nearby lab to get me back to the US. I'd gladly stay at this...

I stayed here for 3 nights, me my family and friends were booked in another hotel, but we came here because some friends needed another room and the other hotel didn't have more, we ended up changing hotels, we all stayed at Isabella and we had a great time, great service, the staff is always very helpful and the food is really good and the rooms are nice and super clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who's traveling to San Pedro Sula. Between my family and friends we booked almost all the rooms here and had a wonderful time, the bar is nice and cozy...

Spacious and well equipped rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Parking is on the street but with surveillance. Breakfast is just ok. When we checked in at around 10:30 PM, there was loud music in the swimming pool area and the person at the front desk told us that there were some external people there but that they would leave soon. After that we asked him to give us a room away from the pool because we wanted no noise and so he did. It is strange that the hotel allows that behavior at that time of the night.
