this trendy LITTLE hotel is made with tricky mirrors! tiny little room made much bigger by mirrors. tiny little elevators turned bigger by a mirror. tiny swimming pool made twice as big with mirrors. and the restaurant also was made bigger with mirrors. However, the food was GREAT and all without mirrors! but the BIG mirror trick.... little restaurant bathroom with mirrors did a big trick on my shoes when i eliminated on the wrong toilet due to the mirrors! We lead mission trips in and around San Pedro Sula. Every day we are out ministering in some of the poorest villages. The work we do is hard and tiring, so it is absolutely essential for us to have a great night of sleep and a healthy breakfast. After trying other hotels in the city, being cheated by hotel owners and given less than satisfactory service, we tried Latitud. We were amazed at the service, hospitality, the wonderful food and the desire for excellence. This trip was our fourth stay at Latitud, and we plan on returning in a couple of months. This is a hidden gem in the outskirts of downtown San Pedro Sula. The staff is beyond friendly and very helpful. The security guards always helped my mobility-impaired parent in and out of the vehicle. They even placed large sheets of cardboard on the car windshield to protect it from the oppressive noontime sun! The rooms were clean, comfortable and nice.
