Hotel Villa Marina B&B — Hotel in Tegucigalpa

So, I made my reservation with a booking website, and upon my arrival the girl on the desk told me she was fully booked and I'd have to find another place. I asked if she was sure, so she called who I assume was the owner, who then proceeded to tell her to give me a room (that she was saving for someone who hadn't arrived). The girl on the desk then, in front of me, argued that it wasn't a good idea since I was only staying one night. The person on the phone made her check me in anyway. Had I not been exhausted, I'd have left right then and there. They had to get in my room a couple of times, and they knocked as if the world was ending. The next morning I was up before six, since there was that much noise from staff speaking loud, the kitchen next to my room and brooms getting knocked on my door by accident. Sehr gut für einige Übernachtungen wenn man in Tegu zu tun hat. ||Die Besitzerin ist sehr hilfsbereit, z. Bsp. auch mit einem Transport in die Stadt bei Bedarf.||Die Zimmer sind sehr liebevoll dekoriert, groß genug und wie das ganze Hotel tadellos sauber.||Das trifft auch auf Dusche und Toilette im Zimmer zu. ||Auf dem Dach gibt es einen schöne Aussichtsterasse von der man aufgrund der zentralen Lage die ganze Stadt überblicken kann. Die Lage ist in einem gut gesicherten Wohnviertel.||Das Frühstück im lokalen Stil ist gut. Abendessen kann man sich von der Haushälterin kochen lassen. No lo recomiendo en lo absoluto. Mala atención , Comida sin sabor , el bañarse e ir al baño es un problema porque apagan la sisterna , si quieres ir al baño en la noche también es un problema , porque apagan la sisterna a las 10pm y sin dudar el servicio y atención al cliente de un establecimiento para hospedarse es un talón esencial , cosa que tampoco tienen el personal a las 5 am todos los días, hacen ruido se quejan de sus huéspedes diciendo groserías e incluso pasan con las mascotas haciendo demasiado ruido (Cosa que interrumpe el sueño ) el utilizar el área de lavandería es otro problema ya que el personal se queja si el mismo es utilizado por los huéspedes.
