I can’t even began to express how satisfied and impressed I was with regards to my staying at the Holiday Inn Express in Tegucigalpa. From the cleanliness of the room and overall presentation was second to none! The staff at front desk were all very attentive and super professionals every day I would pass by the lobby. Everyone had a great attitude, a bid smile on their face and were super helpful. Starting from the manager, staff behind the desk, the kitchen staff, and the maids cleaning the rooms. Going above and beyond to meet the costumes needs whatever it takes. The location was very convenient to access main roads. the mall was within walking distance. Another cool thing I liked about staying at the Holiday Inn Express is that they have worked up a discount with near restaurants for customers staying at this hotel. Again, always thinking about customer satisfaction. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone from out of town or foreigners. I give this hotel a 5 start rating/review. For sure I would return and stay at the Holiday Inn Express in the future. First class service. And I have stayed on many hotels in Latin America and Holiday Inn Express Tegucigalpa by far ranks up there in my list of best hotels. During my recent business trip to Honduras with a great group of Foreign Diplomats for Honduran Aid, we were amazed by this great overall Hotel Service experience.

The hotel was a place were you could feel safe, comfortable and surprise by the way their staff take care of their guest it is admirable how they go out of their way to pamper you with excellent service, price and diligently got their job done just right.

A great pool by the end of the entrance hallway awakes your senses of relaxation and makes you feel welcome to your second home on the road....!!!

Great City views and a convenient plaza with restaurants, and several other basic service shops like banks and outlet and furniture stores conveniently located across the street and right next to the hotel.

When it comes to staying at an IHG hotel in Tegucigalpa you only have two choices. This Holiday Inn Express or the Intercontinental. Having stayed my last business trip at the Intercontinental for almost twice the rate I was very happy with this IHG HIE. Daniela Raudales at the front desk was very helpful in securing safe transport and COVID testing required for our return. Sometimes a hotel is not measured by the status or furnishings but by the employees attitude. In this regard the Holiday Inn Express beats the Intercontinental for this IHG Platinum member. I didn't give them full marks for sleep quality only because the disco next door runs till 2am on Thu- Sat. The Intercontinental is no better however with a full dance party around the pool till late most nights.
