Egria Apartments — Hotel in Egri járás

What was good:

It was really close to the city center (10 min walk) and to the castle.

What was bad:

The room didn’t see a vaccum since probably 1552 TV was not working at all. The ventilation in the bathroom didn’t work and as you had no windows it was pretty necessary There was only one curtain on the floor windows, which wasn’t enough to cover both windows and the glass door where you entered, which made it impossible to sit there in the evening without everybody seeing you. Furthermore as the bathroom was there everybody could you see when you came out of the bathroom after a shower. So intimacy was pretty much 0 For that price i would expect basic toiletries Altough the we didn’t book with breakfast we requested one the next day. I asked what was included and they told me it was cold cuts, coffee or tea, juice etc. when i paid the bill for the breakfast we were charged for everything separately There are 2 buildings there. One old and one new. They should really invest in the old ones to become the same level as the new ones. Also hiring more staff would be usefull. Every morning there was an old lady doing everything…serving breakfast, preparing breakfast, cashing in, cleaning rooms (and there were a lot of rooms). There was no light in the courtyard and is was full with different objects you could easily trip while going to your room Visual separation between your balcony and the one from the adjacent room was missing. A newly refurbished place of 4 stars, worth every penny. The owners are extremely friendly, they treat the place as if it was their home - and every little touch (pictures, ornaments, plants) adds to this. Make sure you ask for a room with a balcony: very spacious and modern, even an outdoor bed is included, we loved to spend time there. There's a small swimming pool, and a backdoor opening directly onto to a running strip. Next to the lobby there is a fantastic café (Egria Café), see the review under its own entry in Google.

Előrebocsátom, a személyzet maximálisan kedves, a 3 csillag az apartmanra vonatkozik. A hátsó részen voltunk, nem az új építésű szobákban. Önellátó szállást kerestünk majdnem egy hétre, amit a telefonban ki is emeltem. Ehhez képest 2 bögre, 2 pohár, 2 garnitúra evőeszköz és néhány tányér volt az apartmanban, plusz egy ikeas főzőlap, edény semmi. Amikor kértünk, a gondnok kedvesen kutatott konyharuha és néhány edény után, amiből egy serpenyőt tudtunk használni. Tök jó adottságai vannak a komplexumnak, de mintha nem fektetnének bele annyit, amennyit kéne. A szauna és a jakuzzi nem működött, a medence igen, de kerékpárt már nem tudtunk kölcsönözni, pedig a honlapon szerepelt. Hozzáteszem, a weblap igényes, profi munka, de nem az köszönt vissza élőben sajnos... A takarításra 4-est adok, mert az ágynemű és a törölközők tiszták, de apróbb problémák azért voltak, amiket orvosoltunk magunknak. A...
