Hotel Grace — Hotel in Agra

This is the worst hotel I had ever booked.There’s there’s like cheated us. According to them the check out tym is BEFORE 12 PM however and whenever u checked in. If u crossed the check out tym u would have to pay more. They are just like cheaters. They charged ₹1000 for a room for only a day & demanded more 500 at the tym of checkout because of the check out tym was at 12 pm.Room service and restaurant facility is worse. Literally we were only one customer who checked in otherwise the whole other rooms are empty. Had a nice experience. Went via Expressway was greeted by the Hotel staff at the end of expressway. He guided us till the hotel. By the time we reached the hotel our room was ready and welcome drink was served to us. For the next 2 days we had a nice time visiting Taj and other monuments.
