We are a travelling family of 10 and in one of our stop to get lunch, we opted to go to Udupi Brindavan since it is one of the suggested quality indian food in a quality restaurant around Agra. Despite strong rain today, we searched to find it, to have a convenient family lunch. Food was good but the group ladies playing bingo inside ruined our proper lunch in a supposedly a proper place. How can a management allow this to their customers? The ladies are bursting of laughter in the middle of lunch, of diners silently dinning suffering from listening to them announce the next number of bingo, repeatedly emphasizing the number drawned. The restaurant might have a good set up, good food, but it gave all of us a feeling like we are in a Bingo amusement hall, and eating in a noisy food court inside a mall or gaming amusement centre. Β Β Β Read moreWe are regular visitor of this place and prefer to visit to experience the south Indian food but this time on our visit on 25th August. As usual Food was good, ambiance was perfect but The supervisor of the restraunt was very rude and loud, we were 4 persons and seated there for a dinner but suddenly Restraunt Supervisor (Mr. AMIT) came and instead of requesting to change the table, he was very loudly and publically asked is to change the table. That was totally unprofessional and rude. And in common also that Manager was very loud and giving instructions to his subordinates with lound voice and creating a kind of disturbance at that place. He must learn to behave softly and should learn to maintain the decency while instructing other staff members.
Overall was awesome as usual but thT incident spoiled the mood in...

First of all, the food we had here was fresh, plentiful and tasty. Everything was very clean and the waiter explained the dishes (south indian platter) to us in detail, which was very informative and interesting. The service was also very attentive. So attentive, in fact, that 6 people from the restaurant constantly watched us while we were eating (we were the only guests at first) and we felt like we were being watched. Also the dishes were already cleared away literally while we were still eating.
Didn't seem like a restaurant that locals would go to, but more like a...
