I will request the hotel owner to kindly look into the maintenance part of the property and more of training required for the employees. I booked 2 rooms through. MMT.I was staying for 2 night wherein there was argument going between the staff members with bad words in the lobby that to in the night around 9 pm also loud music was played around 10pm also I did early morning check out around 6.45 am and I saw that reception guy was sleeping in the lobby sofa and the room service boy was lying on the floor with extra matress placed and didn't bothered to assist for the luggage and main thing that the service was very poor in terms of room Cleaning they provide me only one towel for 2 person for my entire stay. Rooms are very small, bathroom not cleaned Gutkha rappers and used soaps lying under the wash basin rods and flush tanks. All the tap fixtures are rusted very badly. Winter season and we have to request for the hot water to turn on the gyser. No hot water for 24 hrs. The restaurant staff was asking for the tips which is like mandatory which is not good. Only location is very good walkable distance...
Read moreThe property looked nice however the rooms were not very clean. They charged Rs 1000 per night which I think was expensive as per the condition of the rooms. The flush in the toilet was not working, the bathroom was a bit damp and it seemed sheets had not been changed too. They have a restaurant next to the hotel which is just “costly”. They charge Rs.40 for an omelette and Rs. 30 for a Good day biscuit pack, terrible I’d say, they’re on the look out to hunt and rob tourists off their money. In their bill they included Rs 90 VAT and Rs. 70 service tax which was pathetic, one can’t argue with them for 20-30 bucks. And when we were about to leave they were hurrying us off – again pathetic. We didn’t have dinner at the hotel and chose to eat at Park hotel in Sadar Bazar which is a lot more decent than this. The restaurant is overpriced for no reason, the cups and trays are all so unclean you might just want to throw up on them. Would never...
Read moreI had a pleasant stay at this budget-friendly hotel in the Tajganj area of Agra. While the rooms were a bit smaller, the amenities like free WiFi, 24/7 hot water, and travel services were certainly appreciated, especially during the winter. The hotel's strategic location at Purani Mandi Chauraha made it incredibly convenient for exploring Agra, with easy access to markets and major monuments like the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort. Overall, a decent option for those on a budget. Additionally, the hotel offers a fantastic perk with complimentary breakfast priced at just 99, inclusive of a cup of tea. The food is delicious, adding extra value for those staying...
