Hotel Royale Regent is a 3-star hotel located on the main Agra Fatehabad road, about 15 kilometers from the Taj Mahal. The hotel has a modern exterior and a spacious interior. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and amenities like air conditioning, a minibar, and a television. The bathrooms are also spacious and well-maintained.
The hotel has a number of facilities, including a swimming pool, a gym, and a restaurant. The restaurant serves a variety of Indian and international dishes. The hotel also has a bar with a live music venue.
The staff at Hotel Royale Regent are friendly and helpful. They are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure guests have a pleasant stay.
Overall, Hotel Royale Regent is a good value for money hotel in Agra. It is clean, comfortable, and has friendly staff. However, there are a few areas where the hotel could improve. The wifi connection in the rooms can be slow, and the breakfast buffet is not very varied.
Here is a more detailed breakdown of the pros and cons of Hotel Royale Regent:

Read moreThe rooms are big bed is good etc. But their service is horrible. I asked them to clean my room on the second day and all they did was tucked in the bed, changed or put the same towels at the same place. The initial thing I told them to clean was because of the room floor was full of dust and the toilet had pee stains over it. So I think they're not interested in keeping it clean.
Coming to food, it was just okeyish. Breakfast was good. Lot of improvement needed. I ordered shezwan fried rice to room, they delivered normal fried rice. What a great star hotel!!
And when I checked in they told me that you'll get 15% off in F&B. But it was a scam. They told me that they added that on the bill, but later I checked, they didn't reduced a dime. I lost almost 500 there. So if you can't do the same, stop making fake promises.
And the employees are really not that proffesional. They'll try to make jokes about us, when we are not looking in the sense of we don't understand the language. At least keep a good face and have your chit chats when we are not around. And also, I saw several foreign tourists here. And as you expect, they'll get extreme 5 star service.
All together just okey for the price we pay, better hotels or homestayes are available with better prices. So...
Read moreWe were there for a night and it was the most horrible experience after staying in some of the finest hotels in Rajasthan. The hotel might look good in photos, but the reality is that due to poor construction/design decisions, (saying this from experience since I'm a registered architect) there is a constant smell from toilet drains. They mask the stench with some really strong fragrant sprays. We checked in at 6pm and at around 10pm we started smelling really bad smells in our room. Thinking it was only temporary, we waited it out. At around 11pm we complained at the reception about the smell and nobody came to check. We called again at 12 at night, since we could not go to sleep due to smell. The night manager came and agreed that they have received complaints earlier too about the smell, however they still gave us the room. We asked to be moved to another room so we could sleep comfortably, to which the hotel denied. The hotel neither refunded us full or in part of what we had paid ( we had paid full in advance) or offered any complimentary service. We are traveling from Canada and this was the worst experience out of the 9 siddhant hotels we stayed at while in India. Strongly recommend everyone to stay away...
