OYO 71145 Kanak Palace — Hotel in Agra

Recently i visit this hotel and very bed quality of service experience here. When we confirm the room and pay the charges the behaviour of the staff completely changed.poor hygiene of washrooms and when we ordered food they dont provide enough utinsils and when we ask receptionist behave rudely ..even they dont provide towel after request they give us wet towel that may be used towel .. during checkout time they add some items in our bill even we wouldn't order that. Very bed...

I was travelling thru the main road and got nature's call. Unfortunately this was the first hotel that passed in my way.

The receptionist was an utter idiot. I very clearly conveyed my uncomfortable situation to him. He called the owner and then for some reason took me to servants quarter and asked me to do it in a dirty, lightless, Indian toilet and also asked to PAY for it.

I ran away and fortunately found another another nearby where the staff helped...
