Hotel Kaaynat Mahal Ajmer — Hotel in Ajmer

Please do not book this hotel.we booked it through make my trip app.the picture shown there is only the hd version. I will write the review point wise .we were a family 10 people including sr citizen and kids

Rooms are not ventilated. It smells bad.fee of our room had fungul on the walls. 2.tv was broken in our room and remote was as if they got from chor bazar. We.escalated about the remote first thinking that because of remote tv was not working and only 1 day prior thier hotel staff told that the tv is broken . Washroom is ok..one of the washroom had a hole and broken window which is a issue for female. 4.there was pigeon potty right in front of our room .when we told about it we only.got response that the pigeon has built her home there and even if we clean it still keeps coming. Toileteres are not given daily u need to keep calling them. 6.we did not gave hit water which we told the staff nd he told he will give elextric hand geyser which was only given last day. 7.on telling the issue they only gave us option to change room wherein all the rooms were same. 8.when escalating to makeny trip we were told that we stayed all 3 days n did not escalate before whereas we have...

It's very bad experience I never had in my entire life we booked this hotel online but we didn't find this hotel anywhere because of conjunction area .we are six members fmly walking towards the hotel and lost our parents on the way to see this hotel when we entire the hotel staff of this hotel talks rudely Rooms have very bad smell some rooms are damaged blankets they provide for sleep may be I never use such kind of bedding in my entire hotel experience .they dnt have restaurant facilities even they dnt have food bowel to serve the food everything is unprofessional I request everyone traveler pls dnt book this hotel ..even if u tell them show me good rooms not dirty one ..once they give u according to ur choice they...

The so called Manager (Owner) sitting at the desk does not have any sense to speak with the Customers. He interfered in our family matters which was none of his business. I preferred to ignore it as I didn't want to create an unnecessary scene. This hotel is located in some corner and if not for the broker who was more interested in the commission, we would have chosen a better hotel.

Let me come to the point, approx 4000 rupees were stolen from the hotel room. We complained about the same to the Manager but to our surprise we were blamed for our carelessness of loosing the money.
