Hotel Brundavan International-Guntur — Hotel in Andhra Pradesh

We took classic room which is good for a couple. Hotel is in a prime location which has lot of shopping around. Prices are ok when compared with other hotels of same category.

They are not providing complementary breakfast, however while booking it shows the option to choose complementary breakfast which is misleading the customers. If you book it with complementary breakfast, they ask the customer for the breakfast and get it from outside.

Room is good. However, the room that we got not having bathroom door lock. They should check these kind of things before allocating the room to the customers. Other thing that we found is door are more height than regular ones which is causing trouble for 5 or 5 and half feet height people to close or open door clamp that use to be at the top of the door.

They don’t have under the shelter parking. In front of the hotel, 6 cars can be accommodated I.e. 3 in front row and 3 rear side of...

Very bad experience and receptionist behaviour is not at all good. His way of talking is rude and didn’t show any respect to guests. Very disappointed and it spoiled our entire day.so you mentioned that you requested to book one more room but the actual thing was he spoke like you don’t know how to book and he slipped words like you never booked room like that it’s none of his business to tell whether we booked rooms before. Either he didn’t requested and didn’t told in a proper way and i booked 2 rooms but didn’t mention count that’s it and we stayed there for just 4 hours.I asked him and even told to edit the count. But I made one more room even and paid 8000 in total but didn’t expect those kind of words.Don’t tell like you booked for 2 you checked in for 7 as we were not stayed for free.If he made a request then it is acceptable but he is very arrogant and don’t have patience to...

Not a hotel, it has got only lodging facility. Not even a restaurant, or pantry. They get beverages from outside source,on order,at their own sweet time.Could see only one room service guy.Had to call time and again, for any service.

The washrooms are not maintained well.(The mixer handle comes out!) The guy at the reception counter was very arrogant and has no patience or courtesy to talk politely or to listen to the guests.

Has very limited parking place.
