Disappointing Experience – Poor Quality, Quantity, and Service

I recently visited your restaurant, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the experience.

""Quality"": The food quality was far below expectations. The side dishes were uncooked, making the meal very disappointing.

""Quantity"": The portions were shockingly small for the price. For three people, we ordered 2 single mandi and and it was finished in just 13 minutes due to the insufficient quantity.

""Service"": The service was very poor. We had to wait over 20 minutes for our order, only to be served such a disappointing meal.

""We spent ₹815 for this experience, which felt like a complete waste of money. There are far better options available in terms of quality, quantity, and value for money. I would not recommend your restaurant to others unless significant...

We visited today ordered mutton juicy Mandi but the food is not cooked well nd served us..we have complained the staff and they took away to kitchen brought it back after 10 minutes in the same condition..they charged rs .1918.. worst of the worst experience we had in barkas Krishna nagar . We spoke to the staff to give feedback they were arrogant to share franchise operator number.. We ordered one more dish it was mutton soup astonishingly they brought mutton head curry gravy when we asked the staff they said with arrogance that this is the mutton soup served here...this is pathetic experience in barkas by the name they used middle eastern delicious dishes unfortunately they are not qualified to use middle eastern delicious dishes and we request barkas team to validate the food quality serverd to the customers not to destroy...

It is one of the decent Mandi available in Guntur City. Both table service and typical mansi style seating service available here. Need wait for a long time to get a seat in weekends and holidays. Taste of the food available here is pretty decent. Different styles of Mandis available. I tried almost all items and felt good. Separate parking is available just opposite to the hotel but can not withstand weekend rush. So parking is a bit problem. Staff behavior is nice a d they recommendations are good if you are lost in manu. Servineg time is moderate. In Weekends your order arrive little bit late. And it is understandable. Over all it is a very nice...
