Hotel Golden Arrow - Beach Road — Hotel in Andhra Pradesh

First, I would like to point out that this is not like a regular Hotel. They have converted 3BHK flats into a hotel setup. So the name could mislead us as it did in our case. Second, it was really difficult to find this place, especially during the night. There is no streetlight in the street and also in the surrounding streets. It was very scary and it took us a lot of time to reach this place from Visakhapatnam railway station. Third, the person who was at the reception during the night was a bit rude and was not responding to us properly. The next day, there was another person who was kind of sweet and offered us options for keeping the luggage even after we checked out. Fourth, the only advantage is its location near Rushikonda Beach. If we are planning to explore places in Visakhapatnam, it is better to book a place within the city and not here. Fifth, the room was good but we were not provided with the mandatory things like towel, soap, shampoo, etc. We didn't have a feeling like we stayed in a hotel. It was like staying in some homestay. The name can be changed to Homestay instead of Hotel.

I stayed in this hotel on Dec 3rd, 2023. Sorry to say that, I got bitter experience... 1)They dont have power back up. About 4 hr, no power supply. 2) Location is too far from town centres. Accessibility is poor. Even autos denied to drop at hotel. 3) No refund policy even we booked and paid for ac room but no power supply almost whole night. 4)No restaurant. As my booking includes breakfast @more than 300 Rs, they brought and served me one idli and two vada.... Tea is also...
