I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel GRAND KRISHNA RESIDENCY, and it exceeded all my expectations. The suite room was absolutely exceptional, with a large, beautifully furnished living room that provided ample space to relax. The AC cooling was superb, ensuring a comfortable and refreshing environment throughout my stay.

One of the standout features of this hotel is its newly upgraded restaurant. The menu is diverse and well-curated, offering a delightful array of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian delicacies. Every dish we tried was a culinary delight, showcasing the chef's skill and attention to detail.

The service was another highlight of our stay.

The front office team provided outstanding service, making us feel welcomed and attended to from the moment we arrived. Their professionalism and friendliness significantly enhanced our experience.

A special mention goes to Mr. Rohit from the Restaurant/Room Service team. His service was extremely excellent, going above and beyond our expectations. He provided hot cases to store our food and keep it warm, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated touch. His dedication and attention to detail truly made a difference.

Actually since I was single and stayed previously in this same hotel and they gave me the room with a twin bed which wasn't required, But this time we booked for 3 people and still they provided only a twin bed which isn't sufficient for us, also after ordering from swiggy they denied the delivery person to provide us by saying outside food isn't allowed and they stopped them at the reception, so literally they made us beg to get our own food, also this isn't acceptable at any cost, one person had to sleep on the floor because of this incident. such a worse hospitality ever received from this hotel compared to previous stay.

We booked online and paid for 3 but that's no way excuse for this kinda cheap behaviour.

This has been our favourite restaurant for years as it serves pure veg. But day by day the standard is drastically decreasing. This will be our last visit to this restaurant.

Reasons:

1. you keep waiting & waiting for order & you get something else other than what you want after a long wait... for all the tables present - only two waiters. They keep running all the time here & there. How many tables can a single person manage? Not humanly possible even if the waiter is excellently efficient.
2. This is the worst part. Hygiene - we got some part of cockroach in the sweet dish served in our Thali. Can't expect this standard
