Golden Pavilion Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Andhra Pradesh

We are three members and ordered Chilli chicken, appolo fish as starters.. Chilli chicken is good i cant say it as excellent... Dnt dare to order apolo fish here.. After eating two pieces i realized those are aloo stuffed starter (i felt like that). having this bad experience on starters we directly entered into main course.. Ordered Mutton biryani, and kheema biryani as there are many chicken options in menu card but those all are not available.. So we chosen mutton.

kheema biryani is excellent.. I recommend to taste kheema biryani if u visit this restaurant.

Never ever eat/order mutton biryani here.. I can definitely say u feel regret after ordering. Taste is not good i didn't feel it as mutton pieces .

Cost: for us 3 people 4 items 1500/- bill.. Price wise i think it is some what acceptable as there are fish and mutton in our order.

Quantity : 2 biryanis = 3 people. For big eaters like me 1 biryani = 1 people.

Pros : Ambience is good.. Very silent Can go with family Big place to give a party to friends / family. Cost is somewhat affordable. U can see a big tv screen over there. Restaurant people are very polite and well mannered

Cons: Waiting time is big issue here.. We have waited almost 30+ mins to receive our starter item..this is pretty much late i guess. You know onion salad is not free here.. U have to pay extra 20/- for it. But they will give much stuff which is sufficient for starters and biryanis. Lights are too dim at some places.. At first we thought of sitting one table which is four seater but lighting is very low there we can't even see what we are eating so we have taken another table which is 8 seater. They are not accepting card payment. Only phonepe/Gpay incase you run out of liquid cash

Frud staf, Recently i visited the Restaurant with my friend i ordered some food. And the was 791 and I paid through phone pay but unfortunately the payment was not shown to the merchant but in my end the payment was successful and that time the restaurant staff told me sir we didn't Received the payment please do the payment second time if we Receive first payment then we will send back to you. After one day I called the restaurant staff what about my payment he said sir we received your two times payment we will send you the amount in evening when our accountant come to shift. I am waiting hole day and night but they didn't sent me the amount then I called so many times and the restaurant staff told we definitely send your money just wait and I am waiting last 30 days they didn't sent me the amount and now the restaurant staff didn't Receive my phone call also. So my dear friends I shared my experience of anyone going to the restaurant please be careful about online payment and the food also not good not that much testy normally every where 1L water bottle 20 Rupees but in Golden pavilion they will charge...

please guys understand Never ever buy or prefer in this hotel they are looting money u will not feel satisfaction u will feel sad while eating in hotel or by parcel

I want to give zero rating if POSSIBLE with as of 9/05/2021 we brought special mutton biryani 430 rupees and 320 ruppee special chicken biryani which we paid 750 rupees

Both of the biryanis are worst we lost over hunger after eating some biryani it is not at all tasty while coming to pieces in mutton we got only very small 3 pieces and in that 2 pieces are bones which will costs us outside only 50 rupees and rice is not upto the mark

And while coming to sp chicken biryani it's like they used very very less quantity in the curry which is not at all worth it at all for what we paid

Looting the customers don't waste money 💰 in this hotel

The biryanis they gave doesn't match upto the values we paid it will totally cost them around 350 rupees I feel which we paid for 750 rupees

And our family was upset in lunch on Sunday afternoon by tasting this both ...
