Went to have dinner all by myself. This is a place for North Indian cuisine. The head male waiter was good at technical conversation and had hariyali paneer tikka based on his recommendation. It was good but quantity was disappointing as the pieces were small. The paneer's internal texture dosen't quite feel paneer ish. Well that's the story of every restaurant. I know what's that but won't reveal either. But taste wise, its good. Funny enough, the waiter was telling me it eould be heavy. But then the female waitresses attended my table which was disappointing as I don't appreciate change of waiters and they weren't as good in discussion. Added to it was the very frequent staring. I don't know if I was that good looking but it sure made me a bit uncomfortable while eating. Being a fine dine place, communication is important. Then I proceeded to have biryani which lacked paneer pieces in sufficient quantities and had less veggies in variety and the piece sizes were not uniform: too small beans too large carrots and the baby corn turned me off. Also the rice was on the wetter side than fluffy. And the biryani lacked barista(caramelised onions) and I didn't get any saffron flavour as such, but I'll let this one pass. Then there was the dal makhni which was fabulous for a commercial establishment. There was less of that rich makkhan and ghee no doubt but the masalas kicked the right tunes of flavour. I was impressed by this alone and for this, the restaurant has saved the day. Also they are very very slow. I think one comes here not to pay for good food but to pay the space rent. 800+ bill and yet I wasn't at my brim capacity yet. I still had curd and sweets and juice. Didn't click photos as I didn't find anything worthy in the...
Read moreCame here for Sunday evening for a casual meeting with friend. Deeply dissatisfied by the inattentive staff whom you need to call many times for simple things. They are least bothered about re-serving food in your plate all they do is initially serve some food and throw the remaining dish at your table and it's up to you to serve yourselves. I can prove what I said about inattentiveness. I ordered a couple of mojitos a starters and main course without serving me the starters and drinks they brought the main course when I said to them that I haven't received my starters and drink then they simply took that main course inside and brought the starters and mojito and at the end they served the main course, which is not even of room temperature that indicates that they brought the same main course that they kept aside without bothering to heat it. This shows their compassion towards serving good food to the customer. Also no one in the serving staff has a smile on their face. Their all looked so serious where it made me feel uncomfortable just to even interact with them. I think they need to train them on good hospitality, especially to the non telugu...

It's been a great experience dining at Paushtik restaurant.... Ambience, Food , Hospitality and service is just very appreciative
We had lunch on a weekend and felt it might be crowded and our order might be late .. but inspite of heavy rush we are served fast with tasty and hot food within less time
Coming to the ambience.. it reminded me rajdhani restaurant chain ... Very fresh and inviting.... I just felt it would have been better if it's more spacious ... But it can easily accommodate nearly 70 people at a time...
Taste of the food is very pleasant and so satisfying... Hot piping food with best taste made it even better ... The choice of the menu spread is very thoughtful and gave good options
In a place like Vijayawada where there are 90% options for only non veg restaurants fully veg restaurant with nice spread menu and decent prices made vegetarians very happy ...
We are happy to inform you that we are going to be your regular customers and wish to see you maintain the same standards through out your journey...
All the best team .... Wish...
